Description
Summary:Miquel Barceló is among the great figures of contemporary art. For more than 40 years, he has produced numerous works in all areas: ceramics, sculpture, engraving, drawing, installation, performance, etc. This book accompanies a double exhibition of Barceló's works held by the National Library of France and the Musée Picasso-Paris. At the National Library of France, the exhibition, which focused on prints, revealed a very personal body of work. At the Musée Picasso-Paris, the exhibition was designed around the theme of the artist's workshop, and it highlighted the affinities of the work of Barceló with the creative processes of Picasso. For each of these two exhibitions, Barceló created an original work in clay
