The New York selection of sacred music; : containing a great variety of plain, repeating, and fugue tunes; embracing almost every measure found in the various selections of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, used by the different denominations of Christians throughout the United States. : The work is divided into two parts. Part first, contains about two hundred tunes, mostly of that plain, solid, and devotional style, which is best adapted to church and congregational use.
