An experience that involves articulating a personal memory, which considers the senses as one of its fundamental pillars to construct its meaning and which is reflected in a writing that makes the immediacy of its act of saying, a will alien to any deceptive nostalgia. In this new book by Lombardi, poetry is the implementation of a series of expressive resources that bring to the fore everything that confirms what is necessary in life: the retention of the moment, the evocation of nature, the texture of surfaces, the evanescence of beings, the close presence of the animal, the sensual pleasure of food, the vision of places marked by fire in the acute and central perception of his gaze. Here we find an elaborate set of sensations and reflections, a poetry that seems to privilege the synesthetic and intimate way to refer to contemporary concerns related to the transition of humanity, identity, animal life, the environment.-- Back cover translated by Google | ||
