"Curvilinear elements of organic appearance, stems, germinations, rhythms that also relate to the musical, finishing some in semiprecious stones, et cetera. Vargas is a lover and connoisseur of plants, a landscaper with experience in England. His vision of space and the creation of his works tie in a unique way with the concepts of the award-winning Pritzker Luis Barragán, a balance and total harmony between the land, the work (architectural or sculptural) and the garden.
