Depicted are Pasadena, San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Barbara, Santa Catalina Island, and Santa Cruz, California; Seattle and Tacoma, Washington; Salt Lake City, Utah; Pikes Peak and Cripple Creek, Colorado; North Dakota; and the Canadian Rockies. Included are photographs of the Pullman Car Company’s “Casa Monica” dining car and waitstaff.
