| Item Description: | Artist information: ASARO (Asamblea de Artistas Revolucionarios de Oaxaca) began during the Oaxaca Uprising in October of 2006. The cooperative signed their prints as one entity, not as individual artists. Their work has been political with emphasis on Oa Depiction: Caricature; political cartoon. Parody of the Last Supper, with drug lower right replacing Jesus, and prominent Mexican figures replacing the apostles.
