The Declaration Of The Cōmissioners of the Kingdom of Scotland, Concerning a Paper Intituled, The Kings Letter to the Marques of Ormond, Presented to both Houses of Parliament the 8. of this instant June, 1646. Together with two Proclamations, the one, made by the Committee of Estates of the Kingdom of Scotland at Edenburgh. The other, by His Excellency the Earl of Leven and others. As also an Order of the Committee of Estates, for disbanding a Regiment of about Four hundred Horse, by reason of some Complaints presented against them by the Countrey people.
